Updating Pools table to appeal to super users

The Problem

• The current browse token page is intended for market makers as it allows users to mint and burn, however it's seemingly designed for a retail user as it focuses on the pool tokens rather than the pools themselves.
• By confusing these two user groups, we fail to satisfy either.
• Additionally, by just focusing on the pool tokens (as per the current browse token page), we are missing key information about the pools themselves, such as the skew, rebalancing rate, etc. Therefore, the browse token page needs a rework.

The Solution

We have given the browse token page a refreshed design, and we have renamed it to 'pools'.

There are now two views for the 'pools'

• 'Next Rebalance' (the default): Shows the 'expected' values for the next rebalance for each pool.
• 'Last Rebalance': Shows the data from the last rebalance for each pool.

@tracer-protocol/bd this is just pulled directly from one of Kitty's development tickets, but I imagine something like this might start off as a discussion, once we come to some sort of consensus from the discussion you can create an issue from the discussion. I know in that meeting there was those When, Then things, they will probably replace this ^^
