Is the <media-clip-selector/> maintained?

Hi!

I randomly stumbled across the in the package extras folder and which seems to be just what I've been looking for the last couple of weeks. I've been spending a couple of hours trying to implement it but it looks to me like it's outdated? I keep getting an error that the element is missing a mediaCurrentTime setter.
