Sign up/login options disappear in small pages

Current Behaviour

when the page is small, the option disappears, it will not be a good user experience.

Proposed Solution

I would like to add an authorization button , that will come for small page containing the sign up and login options.
please assign this task to me , I have mistakenly made this issue in codeIt @Tejas-Gupta-7 .
