Nheko version: v0.6.1 & nightly 0.6.1-18a98a7
Installation method: github release .exe builds
Operating System: Windows 8.1

Actual behavior

no console popup

Expected behavior

Console popup at startup.

Steps to reproduce

Run after installation.
