[data grid] Deleting last row crashes data grid

Steps to reproduce

Steps:
1.Open MUI GRID from our APP
2.Remove the last record from the GRID

Current behavior

1. MUI GRID is crashing

Reference: #15146

Expected behavior

The Last record need to be removed and MUI GRID should show the empty list

Context

The page is crashing when we do this operation.
