Not sure if we need to ask the people who contributed to this, but we should avoid WTFPL as much as possible.

0mit/bsd0 seems more orginal wftpl concept friendly with a dont sue me factor which is what makes wftpl bad

need to dig into it more, but iirc both still allow switching it mit in future if desired
