Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open a MINGW64 terminal by clicking the icon (on desktop)
  2. Move the terminal window to a different place on the screen or to 2nd screen.
  3. Go back and try to click on any icon that was under the original window position.
  4. Not able to click on anything (select works) until MINGW64 terminal window is closed

Expected behavior

No effect of moving window.

If a hidden window is needed, it should be minimized as small as possible and place in a position that is least used.

Actual behavior

Leaves a hidden window on desktop that prevent using icons underneath.
