First of all, thanks a lot for seogi. This is the first step towards using 한글 on sway. In your readme you mentioned

Seogi includes a D-Bus service for observing its state (i.e., whether or not Hangul mode is enabled). 

This made me assume that seogi will only be active when I'm in Korean "kr" mode. But on my system, seogi is active all the time, in all languages I have set up. How can I keep seogi only active when I'm in "kr" mode?
