A simple program that converts numeric values among decimal, binary, octal, and hexadecimal numeral systems.
Currently this project is only 79.36795% finished since it's only one of my side projects, so if you decide to play with it right now, be ready for some bugs. The project will be finished in successions of push depending on how much free time I will have.
