layout 1: large value tiles that drill into value details with associated stories
layout 2: two panel layout
- 25% width - left nav: values
- 75% width - right nav: default to recent stories, when a value is selected only associated stories shown

Configuration should be stored in tenant model (#4) or in an associate model.
