Onedrive folder handling

Describe the bug
When your video ends in a onedrive based folder, it goes to the next file, regardless of if it's local or not. If it's not local, MPV remains in a frozen state until the file is downloaded. Clicking close, or altf4 both fail to close, the operation cannot be cancelled and no other instance can be created. After attempting it to force close, after the file downloaded another instance could not be created as it was still open in taskmanager....

To Reproduce
Watch a video in your onedrive folder, where the next video file in the folder is not available locally.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '%onedrive%'
2. Click on 'a video file'
3. Play it through
4. At the end of the file it attempts to play the next

Expected behavior
Ignore non local content
