Minor bug fixes:

  1. Remove duplicates from list returned by getGeneSentByEmailAddress().
  2. Refactored updateGeneSent to delete before inserting new gene_sent rows.
      gene_sent is meant to hold only the last gene_sent info for each
      gene the user has subscribed to.

  1. Bump time between register-interest gene core refreshes from 4 hours to 24 hours.
  2. Filter out genes registered by users that no longer exist in the gene core as failing
    to do so causes a NullPointerException.
