Read message doesn't clear notification

Fxos 2.2 latest build on a flame;

When i get a notification of a message and i open openwapp and read the message the notification is not dismissed.

also when i get multiple messages in a groupchat i get a message and then a message that i have 2 unread messages in one conversation but the first notification stays, i would expect that that will be closed

This is partially solved with #131
If one clicks on a notification, it will be removed. But if there are 2 notifications for one chat, only the one which has been clicked on will be removed.

This could be fixed by saving all notifications in the Notification instance and removing related notifications if a chat is opened.

v1.8.1-0-gb77614d is still affected on Firefox OS 2.0 (hamachi)

When Openwapp is closed and a notification appears when new messages are received, sometimes a click on the notification does not open Openwapp. Also sometimes it does not remove the notification when open Openwapp and read the message there.
