cannot sign in to Mozilla connect #17970

Description

When I try to sign in to mozilla connect it return 401 responsen as image show. I have tried in incognito mode and other webbrowser it shows the same error. Login into other account or SSO account works.

Steps to reproduce

No clear way of reproduce sinnes the issue looks like it is connected to my account.

Expected result

Sign in

Actual result

401 response error.

Environment

Firefox 132 android 14.

Yes, I think it has to do with my creating a one-time account with the same email address as my Mozilla account. When I saw that, I deleted the one-time account. When I tried to sign in with my Mozilla account, the issue started.

@clouserw Khoros notified us that there were authentication issues facing some users and that it had been resolved — more info here on the issue.

A similar thread on Connect was marked as resolved. But if you, @riddlerboss248, are still experiencing the issue, let me know and we can investigate more with the team. We definitely want to make sure everything is working properly for all users.
