When users request to be emailed a link to Firefox Mobile at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browsers/mobile/get-app/ we present a "Your download link was sent" message. This proposal is to add to this screen an explanation that creating a Mozilla Account is a natural next step to go along with installing Firefox Mobile.
The copy would explain that signing in to a Mozilla Account on the desktop device will make it super easy to set up sync with Firefox Mobile (this is true... if you're already signed in on Firefox Desktop connecting Firefox Mobile is just a QR code scan). A button would be offered that opens the Mozilla Account creation flow. The explanation and button would only appear if the user was actually in Firefox Desktop (not mobile) and was not already signed-in. The signed-in state should be available from UITour.
The button would navigate to accounts.firefox.com in a new tab, using a URL that 1) pre-populates the email the user just gave for the Firefox Mobile email, and 2) signs the user in to the browser at the completion of the flow.
