Recommends Feature for Users

Every month a celebrity recommend master list will be published (using films picked by celebs)

Audience Leaderboard (Top Curators) will then be made on the basis of the percentage match of users with the celeb list.

Each user gets only 20 films to Recommend every month. He can manage them (adding removing feature)

Once the month is over his current month's gets compressed in a folder with the month's name and he can begin recommending new films (0/20) counter begins

The winnings for the same are to be decided
