chore: Apply consistent naming across CLIs and applications

Summary

Our CLIs and applicatios will sometimes refer to our primary coin as MOV, sometimes MVMT, and sometimes refer to Octas. Standardize this.

Recommended approach

1. Consider the coin naming in:
   • https://github.com/movemntdev/M1 (movement CLI crate)
   • https://github.com/movemntdev/mevm
   • https://github.com/movemntdev/faucet
2. Confirm standard with team. Reconcile the differences.
