Start an analysis library

Could output basic stats about swarm positions, include some TDA analysis...?

This should be considered really low priority because it is easy to export the data and do the targeted analysis you need elsewhere (even in R). An analysis library would really just be for convenience, and probably something that should be built as in-house projects are done as a way of providing reusable code.
