Just a simple (I think, I don’t code) suggestion to add a camera stand that is mostly decorative with the ability to use cameras as decoration.

It doesn’t need to have any functionality but it might be cool if you can time it to go off after say 15 or 30 seconds.

Edit: it was 11pm for me when I wrote this I meant tripod not camera stand

Could be fun for taking selfies 😉. Although that would also require either a timer function on the camera, or a shutter release on a cable with a button.

Yea or like if you are taking a group photo sorta thing

It's a logical thing to add but it's not a priority right now. Also there are some concerns, mainly in terms of design and the system itself (code). Maybe I'll get around to do this in the future.

I had a similar idea for a tripod: a block where you can put down a camera with a preset angle and selected settings, and activate it with redstone to take a photo. This way you could reliably frame multiple photos the same way (for timelapses or scans), actually take a photo with you in it, etc.
