WiFi network both 2.4/5 Ghz non visible / connectable from Laptop, but visible and connectable from Mobile devices (Android / iOS)

Hi, there are few networks that are invisible and I can not connect with my Laptop, but are working fine on Mobile devices.

I would love to work around that or at least have real good understanding what is happening?

For instance a coffee shop I like to visit has a WiFi AP using some Huawei AP.
My Laptop is TUXEDO-InfinityBook-Pro-14-Gen8 running on Gentoo Linux and having:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201:
Interface: M.2 2230 / CNVio2
Wireless LAN / WLAN standards: 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n/ax
DualBand 2,4 / 5 GHz
Communication channels: 2x2
Transfer rate: 300 Mbit/s (2.4GHz WIFI) / 2,4Gbps (5GHz WIFI)

For this and other reasons I bought and tried with couple of USB WiFi adapters - namely EDUP EP-AX1673 and EDUP EP-AX1671
but neither of all allowed me to connect.

I have already tried:

1. Manually define and connect to the WiFi network - not working
2. Restarted the AP several times - not working
3. Reviewed the Channels they are using and Channels / Region selected for my WiFi adapters - channels seem ok, not overlapping, tried few other regions, but have not digged too deep into changing regions / channels, so I may be missing something.

I have not yet tried:

1. Connecting from other Laptop / Windows - todo

Suspects:

1. Could there be some device detection happening on the Huawei AP?
2. Could it be Channel / Region interoperability thing? E.g. I am in Europe / Bulgaria, the default region of Huawei AP - have no idea, but it could be China.
