Connection refused

When executing any meghanada command (e.g. meghanada-code-beautify), it throws an error

meghanada--start-client-process: make client process failed: Connection refused, :name, meghanada-client, :buffer, *meghanada-client*, :family, ipv4, :host, 127.0.0.1, :service, 0, :noquery, t, :sentinel, meghanada--client-process-sentinel, :filter, meghanada--client-process-filter

Have I configured something wrong?
