但这个程序只扫gws，漏掉了很多IP。

我遇到过这个问题，其实它是 Location: http://ipv4.google.com/sorry/IndexRedirect?continue= 302 Found. "我们的系统检测到您的计算机网络中存在异常流量。此网页用于确认这些请求是由您而不是自动程序发出的。"
其实可以不发送HTTP请求只握手的，不知道后来为什么改了。即便发送，也可以用更省资源的 HEAD 而不是 GET。

我也碰到过这种情况，一般是在扫描几个小时之后，最大线程400，小伙伴共享的googleip段，数量太多，但是放到gogotester里测试发现是可用的
