(semi) automate term merging process

Updating the source of truth when obsoleting terms is cumbersome and prone to manual errors. We want to automate or semi-automate the process.

When discussing this issue, Nico suggested :

• creating a script that would allow automatic merge of terms A and B, and update the spreadsheet rows as needed
• curators would manually copy these new lines and replace the existing one in the source of truth spreadsheet.

Workflow suggested: one merge per PR. There is another issue to make the PR review easier.

@sabrinatoro given my schedule I wont be able to deal with this outside of our meeting hours. However, feel free to prioritise this during our 1:1s, and we can make progress on this bit by bit.

Breeds to merge for testing the (semi) automatic merge process:

-Merge Brittany (dog) VBO:0200238 into Brittany Spaniel (dog) VBO:0200239
-Merge Bullmastiff (dog) VBO:0200261 into Bull Mastiff (dog) VBO:0200253

Of note: I have ensured that we are keeping the terms that are used in OMIA, namely, Brittany Spaniel and Bull Mastiff.
