Show how to plot a figure with counts of phenotypic features per sample.

@ielis Do we still want this? Maybe it would be good to come up with a plot that would have four panels (2x2)
HPOs per sample
Age of onset distribution
(if more than 20%) Age of death distribution and number of measurements per sample?

This is probably "nice to have" and not a "must".
