Relicense monofile under some version of the GPL

yeah probably just client-v2 and api-v1

client-v2 has no changes so far except for removing the client so just api-v1
Once api-v1 is done we'll merge it into client-v2, where we'll then probably drop 99% of api v0

How should we merge these when client-v2 is done? first merge api-v1, then after client-v2 is done, merge that into main? because with the updates in apiv1, apiv0 would be very unstable and likely very broken in some parts, so.... idk

agpl? although that requires a link to the exact source so we're gonna have to do things in build time to get the commit sha
