		So far so good (although the difference of 14 hours seems too long). The weird thing is that v2/trades tells me I have been seeling the resulting USDC at
		* 2021-11-19 14:21:02 and 2021-11-19 14:22:05+00
		("clientOrderId": "1637331725337", "clientOrderId": "1637331662534")
		which shouldn't be possible because they weren't redeemed yet at that point.
		also note the web frontend does not show redeemedAt, only requestedAt in "Mint & Redeem History". Maybe adding a column for redeemedAt would be adequate?
