HashLocationStrategy not added #7

I have cloned and install the repo in my local server, but I found that when i hit refresh "localhost/ng/features", It give "Not found" error. I have also tried to install "HashLocationStrategy " but no success.
Any idea how to resolve this issue.

At the moment I'm traveling so I don't have time and opportunity to fix this issue. I'll take a look when I'll get back home. Sorry for that!
