BrowserSync not reloading changes #2

I'm using Windows here, so that might be the issue.

As described, when running browser sync, the browser refreshes but the changes are not visible. When I then refresh again, the changes are shown.

Is there any fix for the lag?

So you're using Windows and you run gulp watch, right?
