Слайд "Цели и задачи" (пока ограничимся им)
в списке задач (в проекте уже есть код для их изъятия) необходимо проверить отсутствие формулировок (из названия задачи)
- т.е. по факту - проверка в формулировках задач отсутствия определенного списка слов

Примечание:

список слов должен быть параметром критерия (по умолчанию - уже известные формулировки)
проверка должна проводиться лемматизация
