Describe the bug
In the modpacks page in Browse, it is showing modpacks with no icons instead of saying it has found no connection.

Steps to reproduce
Disconnect your internet.
Go in browse on the app.
Click on 'Modpacks'
You see 'ghost modpacks' with no icon.
Expected behavior
I expected it to say that it has no internet connection
