Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

I have a lot of instances and because modrinth automatically sorts instances by their names and not by recently played instances, i have to search through my instances. (+ modrinth doesn't save the way instances are being sorted after i close the app)

Describe the solution you'd like

I would suggest a feature to pin certain instances for a quicker start into minecraft. That way, often played instances are right at the top of the list.

Additional context

I am aware that there are features to sort and categorize instances. But:

1. after closing the launcher, the way that instances are sorted is completely being forgotten
2. Categories can not be Over uncategorized instances
