Warnings return by functions throw as bugs

At the moment, any time a toolkit function turns anything but 0 the library will throw an error. This causes a problem when the hydraulic functions return values less than 100 for warnings.

Two issues to fix here, first make it not throw if it's below 100 and also return this warning back to the user.
