Missing additional content in online edition

Section 1.4.3 states:

The online edition includes additional content that could not be included in the printed book due to page constraints. All of that material is supplementary to the contents of this book. For example, it includes the implementation of an additional camera model, a kd-tree acceleration structure, and a full chapter on bidirectional light transport algorithms.

It doesn’t look like the content on the realistic camera, the kd-tree, or bidirectional light transport are currently available in the online edition of the book. Or perhaps this means only that their implementation is included in this repository rather than additional content in the book itself?

Looks like they’re still works in progress. Quite interested in reading the more recent “Further Work” sections though!
