by original names do you mean the title id or the name of the game? if you mean the name of the game it is provided by the pkgi.txt maintainer, if you mean the title id it should show by default

original names are already part of pkgi file, its just not yet implemented into pkgi itself.

Even readme mentions that:
name2 is currently unused alternative name, leave it empty.
