Visual glitch with Rings (award)

I was playing SMW when this glitch happened to me, the Rings would stand still below the Bot, instead of spinning around him, so I decided to record. I have reproduced it again right after, but after trying to do it again to get a better footage (with sound, showing how exactly I made it happen), I couldn't manage to do it. Here's the link:

Edit: I've managed to get it a third time, no Breakable Block Rings are needed.
