there is no package with the name mlperf_loadgen?

Instead it is mlcommons_loadgen.

I believe that file setup.py is a stale one. @pgmpablo157321 can you please confirm?

And yes, mlcommons_loadgen is the correct pypi package for loadgen. But submitters are encouraged to use the build from src method until we have the automated release workflow working in the github repo for the loadgen build.
