"Battery level" is working, "Battery charge" is not (always 0.0 kWh)

I guess the discussion title tells almost everything. Just installed and connected to a SH10RT-20 equipped with a 12.8 kWh Sungrow battery pack.
Any idea of what is wrong ?

Could you see any messages about ModBus communication errors in HA log file?
Which LAN port do you use?

And maybe there are some changes in register definitions. SH10RT-20 was unknown when the HA modbus definition was created. Could you try to get a new modus register definition from SunGrow?

Thank you for the suggestions. I connected HA to the ethernet port of the inverter (as opposed to WiNet-S' ones), and was configuring the inverter through the web interface of the WiNet-S. When I instead used iSolarCloud app for configuring the inverter, over WiNet-S, I found the "battery capacity" parameter set at 0 and when I manually corrected it I then saw the corresponding parameter properly updated in HA.
It's anyway weird becasue the battery is Sungrow's one and it is properly detected, including the capacity value, but the detected capacity is not used for that value.
