Feature Description

In developer mode, the logfile is spammed with messages like this:
Processing QEvent::Resize for object OpenGLWindow(0x57685206faf0) running in thread: "Main" took 1471 ms
It is a not so recent i5-4570S box from 2013

This is a bit annoying. Can we add a workaround for that?

Like a checkbox in the developer menu?

That's the reason I proposed #14015, and I don't consider my i7-8650U slow
A checkbox might be more handy though.
