Firstly as superb solution... works perfectly!
Is there a way I can modify the existing or perhaps include a flag to allow a sync of every item in the order? If I had every row then I could aggregated the items back to an order myself, rather than having the items already aggregated (concatenated) in column I?
Thanks
Immy

It gets pretty complicated to do it by script, the best u can recommend you is try using this formulas in four different groups of columns (each group has the same ammount of columns and each column represents a product)
first cell of first group/product one =SI.ERROR(ENCONTRAR(",", I2),"")
second cell of first group/product two =SI(P2="","",SI.ERROR(ENCONTRAR(",",$I2,P2+1),""))
first cell of second group/product one =SI.ERROR(IZQUIERDA($I2, P2-1),"")
second cell of first group/product two =SI.ERROR(EXTRAE($I2, P2+1, Q2-P2-1),"")
first cell of third group/product one =SI.ERROR(EXTRAE(EXTRAE(EXTRAE(SUSTITUIR(V2," ","^",3),1,256),ENCONTRAR("^",SUSTITUIR(V2," ","^",3)),256),2,ENCONTRAR(" ",EXTRAE(EXTRAE(SUSTITUIR(V2," ","^",3),1,256),ENCONTRAR("^",SUSTITUIR(V2," ","^",3)),256))-2),)
second cell of third group/product two = just drag the formula from cell 1 of this same group
first cell of fourth group/product one =SI(SI.ERROR(IZQUIERDA(V2,2),"")+0=0,"",SI.ERROR(IZQUIERDA(V2,2),"")+0)
second cell of fourth group/product two = just drag the formula from cell 1 of this same group
and a fifth group of columns on which the header of each column must have the name that will be showing on group three, and on the first cell of that group use a lookv to get the total ammount per product per line
*this i copied from a file in which i manage 6 products so thats why the columns letters dont make much sense
