I'm testing the script and as far as I can see, the date value doesn't produce any change no matter what value I add. I keep getting the same 100 (recent?) orders.
Also I'm curious why the API key also needs the write permission.

I recommend to daily clean up your woocommerce order data base in wordpress, and manually (or with a simple macro) copy the recent orders to another sheet that works as the "base sheet" for the rest of your excel to process, and the API needs write permissión to paste the orders, the read permissión to get the customer key, secret, etc.
