I understand that maintaining a repo, especially one as popular as xv6-riscv, can be challenging with so many people interested. However, it would be really helpful if you could close PRs that are not intended to be merged. The same applies to open issues for changes that won’t be accepted.
As xv6-riscv is a learning OS, I suspect that certain bugs and missing features might be intentional. If that’s the case, it could be beneficial to update the README to clarify this. This way, contributors will know not to open PRs or issues for these areas, keeping the repo cleaner and more focused. It could also save you time in managing unnecessary PRs.
