Controller support issue

I use the app on my fire stick lite and play using ipega 9076.
However the start and select button does not work and the streaming ready screen also appears instead of just starting the game

I also have the problem of the streaming ready screen also appearing instead of just starting the game. Moreover the controller cannot close it, I have to use a mouse to access the game behind it.
