Code and data to investigate confidence fluctuations following ambiguous events.
Files available:
- calibration_data - all .mat files used to calibrate individually the coherence levels required for the main experiment.
- experiment_data - all .mat files of the experimental data used for the final analysis
- full_analysis - MATLAB script which was employed in obtaining regression data and all plots from thesis.
- hierar_metacog_analysis - MATLAB script adapted for the experiment_data files to obtain metacognitive efficiency scores. Used in conjunction with Hierarchical Meta-d' package avaialable here: https://github.com/metacoglab/HMeta-d
- rgrs_analysis - R script implemented for obtaining linear regression modelling; .csv datasets saved and imported from the full_analysis script
