ocaml-tar

• Remove Tar.Make and Archive modules ocaml-tar#107

mirage-block-partition

• Expose a variant of connect that takes offset and length as argument reynir/mirage-block-partition#6
• Mirage_block_partition.disconnect should not call disconnect on the underlying block device reynir/mirage-block-partition#8
