Comparison doesn't show similar fragments #2
Comments
Did you tried to compare first the same fragmentation tree with itself? |
Yes....even comparing one tree with itself does not show any similarity. Not in the fragment nor in the loss tree. |
BTW...Michael mentioned he already observed that problem before. |
How is that? I though it was working. I will try in my computer. |
It was running on the computer at the university. But because we had problems with the computer again (motherboard crashed) Michael installed everything now into a virtual-box which I'm currently running on my computer. There the generation of the tree works, only the comparison is not possible. Michael mentioned he observed that problem before somewhere else. Do you remember how to solve it, or what might be wrong? |
I don't know what it could be the reason. |
Thanks. For the time being I will use the old computer. |
Yesterday I was performing the first time some tree comparison with the tool in virtual-box.
The generations and pdf creation of the tree works fine, as tested already before. Unfortunately, the comparison did not work.
I tried to reprocess some old cml files from which I already have the outcome and they did not work either.
Attached you'll find the loss tree comparison of two compounds which did not work. The first fragment is somehow not black. Instead there is 1?0 written. Although both the tree should show high similarity, nothing is colored.
