Background

Link checker action creates lots of documentation tickets for broken links etc, ie:

#6091

We should spend a bit of time reviewing the complaining URLs and fix.

There are links in ADRs that reference old external documentation, I'm not sure it's right to replace those links with similar pages as it could potentially change the context the link refers to.
