mcpelauncher-server (only supports 1.12.0.28 and 1.12.1.1)
You might need to remove the minecraft-linux repo from apt to avoid falling back to minecraft-linux during updates or install
sudo apt install ./mcpelauncher-*.deb ./msa-*.deb
or double click in Nautilus(Files) to install
