I have some simple qquestions:

1. For ID column in the vcf file, does it mean something? For example,
   1;1026680;1026780;Y;13248902;13249002;C
2. At the same position, different alleles are called? for example, I saw
   1 1026680 1;1026680;1026780;Y;13248902;13249002;C C DEL
   1 1026680 1;1026680;1026780;Y;13248902;13249002;S C DUP
3. Some insertions are represented as translocation?
   1 18376048 1;18376049;18376162;20;32043723;32043823;C G G[20:32043723[ 13533.7018526 PASS SVTYPE=TRA GT 0|1
   1 18376049 1;18376049;18376162;20;32043723;32043823;C T ]20:32043822]T 13533.7018526 PASS SVTYPE=TRA GT 0|1
