This is probably under developpement because I can't find any file

# ls core/modules/ultimateimmo/pdf/
index.html                pdf_bail_vide.modules.php pdf_quittance.modules.php

As you can see there are files for bail vide and quittance but not for etat paiement.

Probably we should open a bug for that.
