Cant add Serbian/Croatian Mobile Number field #838

When i try tu put my did number in Mobile Number field in Serbian format +39124253002 i cant save it

Also for Croatian MObile Number +38552770330 i get error when i want to save:
The routing settings do not correctly specify the time before the transfer. Choose a value between 3..180.
